Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team in Corby. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks related to scanning, filing, and maintaining training records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning documents and ensuring digital copies are accurate and well-organized
- Filing physical and electronic records systematically
- Maintaining and updating training records
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and computers
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with record-keeping and document management is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
