We’re currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Nottingham. This is a temporary position, working Monday to Friday, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a growing SME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update and maintain data across various internal systems and databases
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle large volumes of digital information efficiently and with strong attention to detail
- Use IT tools and software to process, analyse, and verify data
- Liaise with internal teams to support ongoing projects and departmental need
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT literacy, with confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Previous administrative in a technical setting or high volume data entry experience is essential
