£12.90p/h
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday
9am-5pm or 10am-6pm shift can be accommodated
Day to Day will include:
- Assist the transport planners with day-to-day scheduling and driver planning
- Prepare and manage delivery and compliance paperwork
- Maintain accurate records for vehicle and driver documentation
- Support with data entry, filing, and general office administration
- Liaise with drivers, planners, and other departments to resolve queries
- Ensure all transport-related documentation meets company and legal requirements
- Previous experience in transport or logistics environment in an administrative position.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and transport systems/databases
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Ability to commute to site location – DE6
This role is offered initially on a temporary contract however permanent opportunity may be available after qualifying time period.
