Full Time, Temporary Position for approximately 4 weeks.
£12.50p/h
We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to provide temporary support for a professional services client based in Pride Park, just outside of Derby City Centre.
Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm with some flexibility.
In this role you will be:
- Greeting visitors and clients to site.
- Answering inbound calls and general e-mail enquiries, providing information or forwarding to relevant team.
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Accepting deliveries
- General reception / admin including data entry, copying and filing.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front of house environment.
- Previous experience working in a professional services office would be preferred.
- Excelled customer service skills with professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient IT user, confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent English verbal and written.
