Customer Service Advisor £12.75p/hAnnesley We are recruiting for an experience Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join a specialist automotive retail client in the Annesley area. You will be joining a busy customer service department assisting customers with new order, queries and advising on products. As well as supporting on the administrative side ensuring all orders and customer information is recorded and processed correctly.
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday, you may work 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00
This position is offered initially on a temporary basis, however a permanent opportunity may be offered after the qualifying time period.
Day to Day includes…- Acting as first point of contact for inbound customer queries via telephone and online.
- Processing customer orders through the online system.
- Giving recommendations and advise on technical queries.
- Administration and record keeping
- Scanning, copying, filing of paperwork
- General Office Housekeeping
About you:- Previous experience in a customer service and administrative position, a technical background would be beneficial.
- Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor, ability to confidently communicate with a range of customers both on the phone and via e-mail.
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritize workload.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable to new CRM systems.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Reliable and happy to assist other team members when needed.
