Administrator with HSE experience - £15.69 per hour
Location: Newhouse Industrial Estate, Holytown
Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm and Friday 7.30am - 11.30am

Key Responsibilities:- Support the management of building maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records of facilities contracts, permits, and service agreements
- Track and manage asset registers, office supplies, and equipment servicing schedules
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, risk assessments, incident reports, and corrective actions
- Track HSE training requirements, certifications, and ensure timely renewals
- Assist in preparing HSE documentation, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions
- Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and databases
- Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement activities
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
Key Skills and Experience:- Prior experience in administration within facilities management, HSE, or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and record management systems
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and facilities management practices (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
