• Making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers to assist with their orders.
• Managing incoming call volumes and addressing customer enquiries.
• Expanding our customer base and introducing new product lines.
• Providing expert guidance on a wide range of products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
• Completing administrative tasks efficiently.
