Job Description
Location: Stirling
Rate: £14.49 per hour
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: ASAP start – End of November (possible extension)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our third-party client for an Administrator to join their team in Stirling. This is a full-time, temporary position offering an immediate start with potential to extend beyond November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit addresses where forms have not been returned and obtain required information.
- Seek and provide information to members of the public, encouraging them to return forms or register online.
- Advise members of the public on how to correctly complete forms.
- Collect completed forms and return them to the Administration Team.
- Handle and collate confidential information, ensuring compliance with Data Protection at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of visits within allocated areas.
- Undertake general clerical and office-based duties as required.
- Attend any necessary training meetings.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Minimum of four Standard Grades (or equivalent), including English & Maths.
- Accuracy in completing forms and following guidance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong awareness of confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Full UK driving licence, own transport, and business car insurance are essential.
