Lecturer - Carpentry

Pertemps is partnering with a local college to find an enthusiastic Lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures in carpentry and joinery.
Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
Support students in their academic and professional development.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.

Requirements:
Experience in carpentry and joinery.
In-depth knowledge of various carpentry and joinery techniques and tools.
Educated to HNC level or equivalent vocational experience in carpentry and joinery.
Passion for carpentry, joinery, and staying updated with the latest industry developments.
Additional qualifications in carpentry and joinery are desirable.
Minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths.
Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
