Job Description

Pertemps Sheffield are recruiting for experienced Administrators for one of our brand-new clients in Sheffield, S9!

Our client is a nationally recognised charity, in which they aim to connect human kindness to human crisis, whether this is from hiring a wheelchair to dealing with loneliness, they aim to support all in any way possible.

Your role as an Administrator will predominately involve taking phone calls from customers who are looking to order, hire or loan a wheelchair.

You will then be involved from start to finish in arranging the equipment hire, ensuring all details are accurate on the system, delivery/collection is arranged and providing impeccable customer service throughout the duration of the interaction.


Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
  • You will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
  • The salary for the role is £23,530 per year, which equates to £12.93 per hour
  • The role is being offered on a temporary basis from now until the end of August 2024.
