Job Description

We are currently recruiting for 5 x experienced Administrators to join one of our clients based in Worksop!

Your role as an Administrator will involve duties such as:
  • Preparing documentation
  • Filing, sorting
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls and diverting to the correct team member
  • Performing general clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the office

Successful Candidates:
  • Previous experience within a similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, friendly and enthusiastic
  • Experience working within a Transport Admin role is desirable but is not essential.

Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
  • The administration positions are being offered on a temporary basis, for 8 - 12 weeks only.
  • You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a 5 out of 7 day rota. The shift times will be 6am until 3pm, 1pm until 10pm or 10pm until 7am.
  • The salary will be £25,000 per year, which is £12.02 per hour.
