• PM Shift (14:00 - 23:00)

We’re looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join a respected food manufacturer in Evesham. Choose between a fixed PM shift — no rotation required. After 12 weeks, there’s the opportunity to secure a permanent contract with a supportive and friendly team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing food products to specific orders
- Labelling products accurately
- Carrying out stock rotation and basic stock checks
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting a smooth production process in a fast-paced team
- Experience in food production or warehousing (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Punctual, dependable, and team-focused
