Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 + Overtime
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temp – Perm

The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Picking and Packing Department. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, where precision, efficiency, and teamwork are key. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

The duties of a Picker Packer:
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
• Ensure all items are correctly labelled and prepared for despatch
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy
• Work to daily and weekly targets, contributing to a positive team culture
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

The requirements of a Picker Packer:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends when required
