Sales & Business Development Coordinator to join our globally known client in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in
sales, engineering, or the food industry who enjoys building relationships, managing leads, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying and validating leads to drive business growth.
- Arranging and attending meetings with clients across the country.
- Coordinating the scheduling of engineers for site visits.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Handling administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems and preparing reports.
Requirements:- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Industry experience in engineering or the food sector (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
