Assembly Operative - Droitwich
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £11.44 per hour (rising to £12.01 once fully trained)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm (40 hours per week). Early Friday finish if production targets are met!
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to specifications and instructions.
Use hand tools with precision to maintain high-quality standards.
Perform quality control checks during the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed production targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Physical ability to lift up to 25kg due to the size of the product.
Proficiency with basic hand tools.

Bonus:

Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (desirable but not essential).
