Production Operative

Pertemps are looking for a Production Operative based in Droitwich!

Location: Droitwich
Salary: £11.44 per hour (rising to £12.01 once fully trained)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (40 hours per week). Early Friday finishes if all production targets are met across the team.
Contract: Temp to Perm

Pertemps is seeking skilled individuals to join our team in Droitwich. If you have a strong background in manufacturing processes, have experience with hand tools/assembly, and possess a keen attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and instructions.
• Utilise basic hand tools with precision and care.
• Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift heavy (up to 25kg) due to the size of the product.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
• A Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is desirable but not essential.
