Maintenance Fitter
Location: Worcester
Salary: £32,717 PA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (42.5 hours per week)


About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our friendly maintenance team. The role involves ensuring that our company and equipment are maintained and operated safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for carrying out repair and pre-planned maintenance works effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate equipment failures and rectify defects promptly.
• Perform pre-planned maintenance, modifications, and improvement activities.
• Reduce downtime of facility equipment through effective maintenance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in maintenance, engineering, electrical, or a similar field (experience-only candidates will also be considered).
• Adaptable and comfortable working on a variety of tasks and machinery.
• Committed to maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.
