Security Operations Manager
£24.81/hr | Harrow Council SitesWe're currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to join London Borough of Harrow on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Locations:- Harrow Civic Centre Hub
- Wealdstone Centre
- Greenhill Library
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of security personnel across multiple council sites
- Oversee rotas, budgets, and operational planning
- Ensure safety and compliance across all locations
- Respond flexibly to changing site needs and schedules
Requirements:- Proven experience managing security teams
- Valid SIA badge
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
- Highly organised with strong leadership skills
- Willingness to work unsocial hours when required
- Adaptable and proactive approach to site management
Contract Details:
Start: Immediate
Duration: 3 months initially
Potential: Role will be advertised permanently following the assignment
