Pertemps has a great opportunity with Harrow Council for a proactive and motivated Legal Support Assistant to join an expanding team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £14.47 - £15.29 per hour PAYE. Additional benefits include excellent training and career development support, along with 21 days of holiday (excluding Bank Holidays). This position involves assisting with land charges and deeds. Candidates need to be proficient in Excel and filing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative functions within the Legal Support Team.
• Responsible for collecting income (e.g., signed cheques up to thousands of pounds), recording, safekeeping, and banking through the appropriate system, where needed.
• Collaborate with the Legal Support Team following relevant procedures and good administrative practices as directed.

Candidate Requirements:

• General administrative practices and IT knowledge
• Understanding customer needs and expectations in a legal support environment
• Good administrative practices, including financial processes
• Working to statutory and legislative standards within legal support
• Proficiency in various computer systems, software, and databases (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Publisher, SAP)
