Typical On-Target-Earnings (OTE): £24,500 per annum (includes sector pay & flight commission based on average flying hours).
Base Salary: £18,000 per annum.

No previous aviation or cabin crew experience is required, as full training is provided.

Career progression & earning potential
Based on average 22 flights per month:

Junior Cabin Attendant – £24,500
Cabin Attendant – £28,500
Senior Cabin Attendant – £35,000

Your Role in the Sky:

This is a high‑responsibility, customer‑facing role where your interpersonal skills truly shine. You will:
Keep passengers safe, calm and comfortable at all times.
Deliver a service experience you can be proud of.
Use confidence and empathy to support a wide range of passengers.
Support in‑flight sales and promote onboard products.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years.
Arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes).
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Educated to GCSE/A Level or equivalent.
Valid passport (min. 6 months validity).
Able to swim and meet medical standards.
Right to live and work in the UK.
Within 90 minutes of Gatwick or Luton Airport.
No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
You’ll need to be ready to commit to an 18‑month contract.
