We have exciting opportunities for a chef to join reputable lounges located at Glasgow airport.

You’ll play a key role in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen operation in a busy airport environment.

Location: Glasgow Airport
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shifts:
• Early: 05:30 am – 14:00 pm
• Late: 13:30 pm – 22:00 pm
(Shifts include weekends and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities Chef:
• Prepare food for service, including breakfast and à la carte menus
• Assist in the efficient daily running of the kitchen
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards
• Ensure all dishes are prepared on time and to the highest quality
• Work to set meal and portion plans in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
• Weekly or monthly pay options
• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)

Requirements:
• Previous experience preparing European or Continental cuisine
• Background in hotels, airports, restaurants, banqueting, or contract catering
• Valid food hygiene certification
• Must be able to commute easily to Heathrow Airport
