Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent hygiene standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team.

Location: London Gatwick Airport
Hours: Early – 04.30 AM to 15.00 PM
Lates - 16.45 PM to 01:00 AM
Shift pattern: 3 on 3 off
Salary: £13.00 P/H

Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
• Keep kitchen, lounge service areas, and back-of-house areas clean and tidy
• Assist with basic food preparation when required (peeling, chopping)
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness
• Support chefs and lounge staff during busy service periods
• Assist with stock deliveries

Requirements:
• No formal qualifications required (training provided)
• Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
