We are recruiting warehouse operatives for number of clients in and around Heathrow Airport. Aviation Recruitment Network Limited (ARNL) is acting as employment business for these positions.

As Warehouse Operative you will receive:
• £13 p/h payrate or (£27040 per annum).
• Free Cargo Operative training is provided.
• DBS payment will be re-imbursed after 4 weeks on assignment.
• Company pension scheme and Temp to Perm contract opportunity based on performance.

Warehouse Operative duties will involve:
• Manual working in warehouse environment with ability to lift to 25kg.
• Loading and unloading goods off vehicle and moving stock within warehouse.
• Scanning stock upon receiving to confirm delivery and using company systems to manage stock.
• Safely handling goods within warehouse environment and ensuring Health and Safety procedures.
• Working collaboratively with other team members and performing general warehouse duties.

Successful Warehouse Operative will have:
• 1 year experience working in warehouse and valid forklift certificate.
• Be prepared to work in manual environment and perform general warehouse duties.
• Be prepared to work on shifts pattern if required and be flexible to support operational needs.
• Good standard of communication written and verbal, ability to use company systems.

All Warehouse Operative will be subject to:
• 5 years background check to satisfy the client’s referencing criteria.
• A clear DBS – criminal record check, this will be applied during background check.
• Ability to successfully pass DfT Cargo Operative training course – Agency will pay for this training.

For this position, it is necessary that you have one year warehouse experience and valid counterbalance certification before applying.
