My client is a Premium gastro pub located in Loughborough, who are renowned for the warmth of their hospitality. They are looking for a dedicated & ambitious Assistant Manager to continue leading an already successful pub. The venue is busy all year round and has a beautiful outside space set in scenic countryside.
The role is for someone who values the guest experience and is dedicated to providing outstanding service with an exceptional eye for detail.
The perfect candidate will ensure a top-notch level of training for the team, mentoring future leaders for a growing company & ensure standards are always above expectations, whilst supporting the management team.
You will be a lifelong learner & understand that the value of constant improvement for yourself personally & the business.
