  • Communicating with field teams, managers and other stakeholders to keep everyone updated.
  • Responding quickly to issues, escalating where needed to minimise customer impact.
  • Ensuring all work is completed, correctly recorded, and follow-up actions are arranged.
  • Keeping systems updated and maintaining accurate scheduling data.
  • Supporting the team by helping reduce backlogs and improve ways of working.

Base location: Kemble Court, Reading

  •  Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to work with data and spot issues.
  •  Confidence using systems such as Excel, and willingness to learn SAP and Click.
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.

What’s in it for you?
  • This role will be paid from £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
  • 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
  • Generous Pension Scheme through AON.
  • Access to lots of benefits to help you take care of yourself and your family’s health and wellbeing, and your finances – from annual health MOTs and access to physiotherapy and counselling, to Cycle to Work schemes, shopping vouchers and life assurance.
