Are you a skilled Welder looking to apply your craft to high-spec, meaningful projects?


Our client is a specialized engineering firm manufacturing specialised products for the scientific and medical sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a dedicated MIG & TIG Welder to join their experienced, close-knit team of five. This is an environment where quality and aesthetics are prioritized over high-volume repetition.


The Role
Working on a diverse range of metals, you will produce high-integrity welds for pressure-critical applications. This role offers a unique variety of work, moving between heavy-duty sections and intricate, thin-gauge components.

• Precision Focus: Welding gauges ranging from 40mm down to 0.5mm.
  
  
• Quality Standards: Producing neat, accurate, and high-pressure resistant welds.
  
  
• Growth: You will work alongside industry experts, with the opportunity to take on further guidance and potentially gain Coding certifications in the future.
  
  

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per week.
  
  
• Overtime available during peak periods to boost earnings.
  
  

About You
The successful candidate will be a disciplined welder who takes pride in the "finishing" of their work. You should be:

• Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding.
  
  
• Confident working with varied material thicknesses and types.
  
  
• A team player with a coachable mindset, eager to refine your skills to meet exacting scientific standards.
