Job Title: Office Administrator (Media Department) – Temporary Ongoing
Location: Redhill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Media Department and wider teams
- Manage and organise documentation, files, and internal systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Support with media-related admin tasks, including tracking campaigns and updating records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
