Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Office Administrator to join their team in Salfords. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in delivering efficient administrative support.
The RoleYou will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will provide essential administrative support to the wider team, managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Organising and maintaining office files, documents, and records for easy access
- Accurately completing data entry tasks and ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Using Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, effectively managing calendars
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to colleagues as required
- Being the point of contact for the engineers and collecting their time sheets.
Key Experience- Previous experience within an administrative role and a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling data entry and documentation
- Confident using office systems and software
Package:- Salary of £28,000 - £30,000pa
- Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Free parking on site
