We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in Horley. Initially a 10-month contract. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, friendly team supporting a range of customer and internal projects.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Creating purchase orders and updating details in the CRM system
- Providing admin support to sales and project teams
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Preparing quotes and sending them to clients
- Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Experience in administration or sales support (similar roles preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator across phone and email
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy team environment
- Competitive salary up to £27,000 per annum
- 10 month contract with potential to become permanent
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Free onsite parking
