We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in Horley. Initially a 10-month contract. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, friendly team supporting a range of customer and internal projects.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Creating purchase orders and updating details in the CRM system
  • Providing admin support to sales and project teams
  • Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing quotes and sending them to clients
  • Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in administration or sales support (similar roles preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator across phone and email
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy team environment
What's on Offer
  • Competitive salary up to £27,000 per annum
  • 10 month contract with potential to become permanent
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
