Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing team in
Crawley! Joining a supportive & dedicated successful sales department, you’ll be supporting existing customers while following up on warm leads and fact-finding customer requirements to identify sales opportunities for the Account Managers.
This is
not an aggressive sales role – it’s all about genuinely listening to what clients want and need and offering the best solutions for them.
What You’ll Be Doing- Proactively call businesses to build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Engage customers confidently over the phone to identify needs and promote products that align with their requirements.
- Provide quotations, follow up to convert to sales, and process orders.
- Analyse customer trends and market insights to identify sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to deliver a seamless service.
What We’re Looking For- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with both new and existing customers over the phone.
- An honest and friendly sales approach.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally, prior experience in a similar proactive, sales support role.
- UK Driving Licence

The Package- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Salary £34,000pa + bonus.
- Hybrid working available after probation.
