Warehouse Operative – Fulfilment
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Overview
Join a busy fulfilment operation based in Crawley. We’re seeking reliable, detail‑driven Warehouse Operatives to support picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse tasks. You’ll be part of a friendly team, helping ensure on‑time order processing and high standards of accuracy.
Key responsibilities
 

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including labeling and barcoding
• Load and unload stock using appropriate equipment
• Inspect inbound goods for quality and report discrepancies
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Update inventory records and complete required paperwork
• Assist with stock checks and recounts as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is a plus, but full training provided
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic numerical and computer literacy skills
• Physical fitness to handle manual handling tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a positive team attitude
• Forklift or power pallet truck experience is advantageous (not always required)

Shift pattern
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Overtime occasionally available, paid at enhanced rates (to be discussed)

Crawley, convenient for staff commuting from nearby towns. Parking available on site.
