Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cleaning high-grade machined components
- Inspecting surfaces and reporting defects
- Fault finding and quality checking against job/serial numbers
- Packing components into specialist crates for shipment
- Supporting factory operations, including deliveries and collections
Candidate Profile
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Engineering or mechanical background is advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude and pride in quality work
- Comprehensive training in precision engineering
- Clear progression opportunities, including learning CNC machining
- Immediate interviews and start for the right applicant
