Southwater.This is a varied and hands-on role supporting their busy sales office - perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being at the heart of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Taking customer order details and passing them to the sales team
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining records
- Processing and issuing invoices
- Assisting with tendering administration - collating specifications and preparing quotations
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties
The Package- Full training and ongoing development opportunities.
- £26,000 - £29,000
- Monday - Thursday 8-5, early finish on a Friday

About You- Experienced in administration or office support
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
