2 x Customer Service Administrators with a proactive attitude and a passion for customer service to join a dynamic manufacturer near Redhill.
1 x Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (45 minute lunch)
1 x Part Time: Monday - Friday, 12.30pm - 5.30pm (45 minute lunch)What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Accurately processing sales orders in a timely manner
- Preparing clear and accurate quotations for customers
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating lead times and order updates
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
What We're Looking For:
- Experience processing orders in a fast-moving environment
- A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail - especially when it comes to product codes and part numbers
- Someone who thinks ahead and loves staying organised
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is a bonus, but not essential - full product training is provided!

- Salary: Full time £27,000pa / Part time £16,000pa
