Contracts Administrator to join their busy team in
Horsham.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of contracts, repair works & routine services for equipment across a designated client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day coordination of contracts, repairs & service works for systems
- Raise work orders & purchase orders for required materials & services
- Schedule engineers to attend jobs, matching the right skills to the task at hand
- Monitor job progress and provide regular status updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records relating to jobs, materials & service visits
- Act as key liaison between clients, engineers, & internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

- Excellent communication & organisational abilities
- Confident managing multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience in a similar scheduling or service coordination role is highly desirable
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service
What's in it for you?- Salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332 after successful probation
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
