Customer Service Advisor to their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service and admin, who enjoys supporting clients and working as part of a close-knit, friendly team.
The Role:- Handling incoming calls & enquiries relating to claims
- Setting up new customer accounts on the internal systems
- Collecting & reviewing documents from third parties to support claims
- Updating customers with the progress of their claims
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Ensuring all information is accurate and systems are kept up to date
The Person:- Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- A confident communicator with a professional & friendly manner
- Organised individual with attention to detail
The Package:- Salary of up to £25,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
