Our client, a well-established electronics company, is looking for a
Sales Coordinator to join their team in
East Grinstead. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who has experience in a sales support function within a technical or component-based industry.
*Please note - own transport is essential due to the location*The Role:- Manage incoming quote requests and ensure timely responses
- Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding quotes, order updates, and general queries
- Monitor market trends and product availability to support sourcing
- Process sales orders and amendments accurately
- Maintain customer information and order records on the CRM system
- Review customer contracts and liaise on any concessions required
- Work closely with internal departments and the US warehouse to coordinate dispatch and delivery within SLAs
The Person:- Previous experience in a sales administration/support role
- Industry experience in electronics, automotive, industrial, aerospace, or component sales is highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills, with confidence working with part numbers, pricing margins, and order details
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
The Package:- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Flexible working (2 days WFH) after successful 6-month probation - days must be flexible based on business needs
- Salary up to £29,000 per annum DOE
