Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, handling enquiries via phone and email
- Process and place orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide quotes based on dimensions and measurements in line with customer requirements
- Liaise with internal production teams to ensure all orders meet customer specifications and deadlines
- Assist with designs and work instructions to ensure smooth processes
- Maintain and update customer records on the CRM system
- Record and manage technical drawings for future reference
What They're Looking For:
- Strong administration and customer service experience (previous sales admin experience is not essential)
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Great relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
- A proactive and adaptable approach-able to work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and develop in a growing business
