Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a customer-focussed role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Role:
- Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
- Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
- Keep clients updated on job progress.
- Maintain and update client contract terms via the CRM database.
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven administration experience
- Strong customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients.
- A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in scheduling (advantageous but not essential).
What's on Offer?
- Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service-plus your birthday off!
