Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of fully integrated circulation marketing and distribution services, specialising in magazine subscription distribution. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Copthorne.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and warehouse operatives, and to take ownership of a range of administrative duties that support the overall efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be the vital link between clients and the warehouse team, ensuring operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Entering and managing orders on the CRM system.
  • Setting up and maintaining client accounts, reports, and addressing system alerts or errors.
  • Administering shared email accounts and handling incoming client inquiries over the phone.
  • Printing and coordinating picking and packing lists for warehouse deliveries.
  • Communicating with couriers regarding deliveries and resolving any issues.
  • Assisting with shipping quotes and pricing.
  • Ordering materials and equipment needed for warehouse operations.

About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and IT skills. You should have:
  • Previous experience in back-office administration.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A reliable and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Own transport is required due to the office location in Copthorne.

The Package
  • Starting salary of £23,000pa DOE.
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • 20 days + bank holidays, increasing to 26 days + bank holidays after 1 year of service.
