Our client, a leading medical equipment supplier, is seeking a technically minded Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team, covering the Southampton area.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring all customer equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

*Please note - Full, Clean driving license is required due to nature of job*

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on-site.
Complete service documentation and prepare reports for additional work or spare parts.
Assist in organising and prioritising all fieldwork types effectively.
Schedule jobs with customers, ensuring timely completion.
Report real-time job status updates promptly.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy service vehicle.
Provide detailed activity reports to the Operations Manager.

About You:

A tactful, diplomatic, and communicative approach to customer interactions.
A strong technical mindset with good coordination skills.
Previous engineering experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with IT systems.
A clean driving licence is mandatory.

The Package:

Competitive salary of up to £38,000pa DOE.
A home-based role with travel to customer sites as required.
All tools and a fully equipped service vehicle provided.
Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
