Personal Assistant to the Sales Director to join their growing team in
Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in the smooth running of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organise diaries for the two Sales Managers, including management of emails, voice notes, and Teams meetings.
- Update CRM systems with details from sales meetings and other information.
- Make warm outbound calls to businesses to follow up on quotes
- Set up appointments for Sales Managers.
- Pass feedback from outbound calls to sales teams to support business goals.
- Create and upload PowerPoint presentations with key figures and information for the sales team.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain databases and records to ensure smooth communication across the sales department.
About You:- Confident and comfortable making proactive outbound calls.
- Bubbly, personable, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in diary management and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
What's On Offer:- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE).
