Facilities Administrator to join their vibrant team in

As a Facilities Administrator, you play a central role in operations, providing essential support across various functions.
*Please note this is a fully office-based role and own transport is required due to location. *
*Please note, the successful candidate will need to pass a security clearance/DBS check.*Key responsibilities:- Delivering back-office administrative support to both office staff and clients.
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing the mailroom, including incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and loading bays.
- Overseeing facilities maintenance throughout the building.
- Providing operational support as needed to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
The Person:- We are open to candidates with junior experience, provided they possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience in mailroom operations is advantageous and may qualify you for a higher salary.
- Proficiency in IT and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- A valid driving license due to the location of the company.
What’s in it for you?- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible core hours between 7 am – 6 pm.
