Our client, a leading organic beauty brand specialising in high-quality natural products, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in West Grinstead!

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and online chat.
Take customer orders, upsell products, and provide personalised product recommendations based on skin types and concerns.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Liaise with the Accounts team to address trade accounts that are overdue or over credit limits.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate:

A genuine interest or passion for skincare and beauty.
Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and upsell products confidently.
Proficiency in MS Packages is ideal.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the office.

Package & Benefits:

£24,000 - £26,000pa, depending on experience.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Free onsite parking.
50% staff discount on all products.
