Job Description
Our client is a leading fit-out Contractor renowned for selling, installing, and repairing high-quality equipment in their field. Due to recent restructuring and growth, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relations Executive to join their dynamic team in Horsham. As a Client Relations Executive, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all customers have an exceptional experience.
Please note this is a fully office-based role & own transport is essential due to their location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact lapsed contacts to re-engage and stimulate possible sales.
- Schedule engineers and sales representatives for new product promotions and service contracts.
- Quote existing and new jobs for customers.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Manage customer accounts to ensure excellent customer service.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Previous client relations or account management experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Competitive salary between £26,000 and £29,000 pa, depending on experience
