Job Description
Our client, a reputable manufacturer renowned for their first-class customer approach, is seeking a dedicated Sales Ledger Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Financial Controller and further develop your accounting career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain sales ledger to trial balance.
- Process sales invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Set up new customer accounts, direct debits, and perform credit checks.
- Chase and allocate payments promptly.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Provide ad hoc accounts support as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar accounts support role.
- Current or working towards accounting qualifications (highly desirable).
- Good understand of VAT, UK & International
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting softwares
Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- £27,000 - £30,000pa DOE
