Assembly Operative

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our client within an established team in Horsham. As a pivotal member of daily operations, your duties may include various tasks to support the assembly and production processes. You’ll work alongside and learn from a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce bespoke products.
- Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Assemble and package custom products according to customer specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure each product has integrity and meets industry standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar production role with knowledge of following mechanical drawings to assemble products is preferable
- Applicants with previous consistent work history that demonstrates reliability and commitment will be reviewed and considered.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- A mechanical mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Basic IT skills
- Knowledge of manual handling and safety procedures with a commitment to keeping a safe workplace.
