Fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join an established Manufacturer based at their Head Offices in Redhill. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager this is an integral role managing the process of new & existing sales orders and developing accounts through exceptional customer service.
The Role:
- Handling incoming enquiries from new and existing customers. Providing product advise, quoting and follow up to convert to sales order
- Processing orders onto the MRP system
- Liaising between customer and internal departments to ensure smooth running of orders including chasing deliveries, allocating invoices and updating prices
- Applying for export licences where required
- Assisting in developing and implementing new sales support strategies and tools
The Person:
- Previous sales support experience within a Manufacturing / Engineering environment essential
- First class communication skills, written and verbal, applied within a b2b commercial market
- Strong organisational, planning skills with proven success achieving deadlines within tight timescales
- Ability to learn technical products & services
- Proficient user of MS Packages & inhouse CRM / MRP software
The Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
- Up to £32,000pa
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday and birthday off!!
