Due to continued business growth our client seeks a
Client Services Executive to join their busy and welcoming team in Burgess Hill.
As the driving force behind managing orders, handling complex quotations and ensuring seamless communication between customers & internal teams, this is a dynamic position that requires a quick-learn who thrives in a demanding and ever-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders efficiently from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Calculating complex quotations including product, packaging & international shipping/freight costs
- Maintaining regular communication with customers, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly to uphold exceptional service standards
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment and meet delivery deadlines
- Keeping up to date with advancements in the biomedical field, leveraging your science background to provide expert advise on product selection
Key Skills:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Science (Biology or Chemistry), or a keen interest in biomedical markets is highly beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient user of MS Packages & able to learn new CRMs with ease
The Package:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1hour lunch)
- £25,000pa
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 27 after 3 years of service), private medical insurance & life assurance.
- Accessible by public transport & free onsite parking
